Get your equipment and then press BEGIN WORKOUT.  A 3 minute warm up timer will begin, during which you can jog in place, jump rope or do jumping jacks.  Next the timer will take you through each circuit.  Each circuit is 7 minutes long, during which you will perform each of the 4 movements according to their reps as many times through as you can before the timer is up.  You will have a 30 second rest in between each circuit.  Follow the screen and it will take you through each circuit and rest period!




Water, Mat, Two chairs (to put back to back and hang in between), Free Weights: BEGINNERS: 3-5 lbs, INTERMEDIATE: 8-10 lbs, ADVANCED: 12+ lbs
