BruFlow Booty


There are 8 different movements in this flow. Go through each movement with 1 rep, until you have done all 8 moves; this is your flow. Now repeat the flow adding a rep each round until you hit 7 reps. Once you hit 7 reps per movement, restart the flow back at 1 rep per movement. You will continue this progressive rep training for 20 min.
