Abs Duo


Get your equipment and then press BEGIN WORKOUT.  A 3 minute warm up timer will begin, during which you can jog in place, jump rope or do jumping jacks.  Next the timer will take you through each movement/cardio round for a total of 16 rounds.  Follow the timer and the screen!  We will take you through the whole workout.  Each movement is followed by a short rest period, then a cardio round followed by another short rest period and so on.  You can PAUSE the workout at any time, but keep the intensity up!




YOUR CARDIO: MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS, Mat, Two chairs, (back to back, to hang between), Bosu or Stability Ball (optional),
