Detox Week Deep Silver Cookie

Here is a delicious treat to enjoy during the first three days of your detox week!

Makes 1 serving

Dry Ingredients:

  1. 2 Tbsp coconut flour
  2. 1 Tbsp almond meal flour
  3. 2 scoops Bulletproof collagen protein
  4. 3/8 tsp guar gum
  5. 1/4 tsp psyllium husk powder
  6. 1/8 tsp nonfat dry milk powder
  7. 1/8 tsp baking soda
  8. 1/8 tsp salt
  9. 2 Tbsp Lilly’s dark chocolate chips

Whisk together

Wet Ingredients 

  1. Large egg
  2. 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  3. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  4. 1 tsp truvia (either syrup or granules)
  5. 1 tsp monk fruit extract (either liquid or granule form)

Add wet ingredients to dry. Stir until well combined. Then, either bake in the oven at 365 degrees for 15 minutes, or put in a mug and microwave for 1 minute! The center should be slightly wet, and the outsides cooked. Either way, it’s delicious!
