Cauliflower Pizza | Silver Plate
Here’s another delicious recipe for your enjoyment.
This is a Silver Plate, meaning, well to do in the fat macro. Focus on healthy fats for silver plates, but a little cheese never hurt anyone! And I love using non-cow’s milk cheeses for my family’s milk sensitivities.
Did you know Manchego, and Goat cheeses are safe for sensitive tummies? I learned this when I had to avoid dairy for my son’s milk sensitivity while breastfeeding.
Well, without further ado, here’s the very simple recipe!
- Outer Aisle Cauliflower crust
- Pesto spread
- Rotisserie chicken 4 oz
- Mushrooms (or any veggies of choice)
- Sundried tomatoes
- Manchego cheese
Heat oven to 425 F.
Place crust on a piece of foil.
Spread pesto onto crust. Top with as much chicken as you want, at least 4 oz. Top with veggies of choice, sundried tomatoes and cheese.
Pop foil and pizza into the oven directly onto the wire rack in order to crisp the crust. Bake for 10 min. Enjoy!
