Bronze Plate | Litçaí Bowl

This delicious açaí bowl is only slightly sweet, protein loaded, fiber rich, perfectly “carbed” and oh so hydrating!

I ate this for breakfast a couple hours before a run, and my body was energized and fueled.

Our Method is all about eating what you want according to your activity level to keep your metabolism healthy, revving, and balanced. I started training for a half marathon, which is incredibly taxing on your body. In order to keep my metabolism from thinking my body is dying, I must cushion my exertion with proper nutrition and stress relieving activities.

I ended my run with a shorter, leisurely paced walk to bring my stress hormones back down, and give my joints and muscles an amazing cool down.

L I T Ç A Í BOWL //Bronze//


  • 1/3 cup ice
  • Unsweetened açaí packet
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1.5 handfuls of spinach
  • 2 scoops collagen protein (or protein of choice)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (I used almond and coconut) + a little more if needed.
  • Granola
  • Honey
  • Flax seed


Blend all ingredients except the granola, honey, and flax seed until well combined and thick.

Pour into a bowl.

Top with a handful of low-sugar granola, flax and drizzle with honey!
